Before joining Pinales Stachler, Stephanie worked on high profile complex white-collar criminal cases as well as civil rights cases.
Molly Tolbert is a trial attorney dedicated to representing individuals charged in criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Molly has experience drafting detailed motions and briefs, reviewing and evaluating voluminous case files, and analyzing complex legal issues. Molly has also assisted in drafting numerous appellate briefs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
