Molly Tolbert is a trial attorney dedicated to representing individuals charged in criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Molly has experience drafting detailed motions and briefs, reviewing and evaluating voluminous case files, and analyzing complex legal issues. Molly has also assisted in drafting numerous appellate briefs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Molly has dedicated her entire legal career to criminal defense work. Molly began her legal career at Pinales Stachler in 2017, where she worked as a law clerk during law school. Due to her excellent legal work and dedication to criminal law, Molly was hired as an associate attorney after graduating law school.
Molly is a lifelong Cincinnati resident. She graduated form Mount Notre Dame High School before attending the University of Cincinnati. She graduated in 2018 with degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She then earned her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2021.
